aww good way of putting it..most definitely it is..
but I also look at it as a place of new beginnings because you can leave one place behind, turn around, & go to a whole new destination where everything is new & you can just start all over...

So true, so true, but an airport can also be an adventure alone for a Grammy who hasn't been on a commercial airline in 25 years (only in small Cessna's). Every family member thinks she can't get on the plane by herself or she'll get lost. The only bad thing I had forgotten was the TuRbUlEnCe!
Our house is like the Airport. Hub of the family. I cry when my children and grand children arrive and leave, especially the one in the military.

Yes.. It is.. But personally, I don't get emotional at airports.. Just the feeling of being jet lagged, tired, bored... From a long a** flight.

Yes it is, It is so beautiful to see ppl hugging and kissing when a person gets off the plane. It is a vey emotional place.
