It comes down to you being comfrontable with you. It takes time, it isn't a given, and it also comes down to you being comfrontable with the one your having sex with. If you to caught up on your performance, your going to have classic "performance axiety" which is going to stop that mind of yours from getting to a point of relaxation that allows the human orgamism to even happening. Really if you can have a guy you can talk honestly about this, start talking to him about things he is doing and how they make you feel, take it slow and SLOWLY work into having sex, take your time, given some breathing room, you'll do just fine....
