They will be pretty p1ssed.
When we start pulling our troops out of Iraq and hand over the responsibility for Iraqi security to the Iraqis, thier recruitment stronghold in Iraq will be destroyed.
When we return to tracking down and punishing the people who attacked us the heat will be back on them.
Remember when Bush took control from Clinton, the people responsible for every terrorist attack during Clinton's reign (including the two right wing American conservatives) were either dead or in jail. The investigation of the Cole bombing was handed over to Bush but no arrest was ever made. Surely this lapse in our security can have only emboldened the terrorists. But within a year of 9/11 Bush was already saying that he had no interest in tracking down Bin Laden.
A win for Hillary will refocus the war on terror back to being about hunting down terrorists - not helping recruit new ones.
That will not make any terrorists happy.

If it were possible for the ***** to win they'd have a party with her. But if only thier boy obama could win then they could start planning the take over of the free world.

Terrorist are hoping the demo's win especially Hillary. They are trusting her campaign promises to put troops out of Iraq. That way after things settle a little they can sent Terrorist into Irag and set up training bases. the Iranian leader is hoping to sucker the demoes in so he can resume attacts in our country

Terrorists are happy in Hillary Clinton will win because they expect the Democrats to stop wars against countries that are harboring terrorists.

VOTE for you choice as US President on my 360 degrees blog and know who will likely win.

its one thing to play politics in this country where she owns the MSM and most adversaries have to play by some rules.

it does not matter who is in office, terrorist will still terroize, after all,the was terrorism long before Bush took over, and probably will be long after also.,and I will tell you what,if we are attacked again and she is in office,I fully expect her to put a foot in their *** just like anyone else would.if she don't I would be outraged, lets face it folks,we have an enemy in extreme radical islam and we need to see it,because they don't care who they take with em when they go see Allah, and I don't care if you are a dem or rep, this is a problem that is not going away by ignoring it,we just need a competent leader to take care of business when that time comes.

My knee jerk reaction is that they'd be happy, but I think she'd have to stay tough on terrorism as well.

BTW, I'm a long time conservative
