"Crackin' a fat" in your country?
I don't need anyone to explain what it is.... I just wondered whether it was common ... :)

You can come crackin on this sheila any day, mate. Just don't crack a fruity. We'll throw on some togs, jump in the spa, have a couple 'a studdies, get nuddy, Donna will come by in her Flying Nun costume, join us, and Bob's your Uncle! Just don't crack a fat in front of your wife, big guy.
Nah. We never say crackin'. Our slang is almost as bad though. :-)

Nope, they sure don't.
I'm from America
Edit: I just looked it up and I must admit that it actually got me to blush. I was just so sure it would mean something like opening a beer. Now I'm starting to wonder if some of the naughty phrases we say over here would only be understood by us. Very interesting!

ROTFL at Thrice....hun why don't you just become an Australia citizen and be done with it!!!! We'd love to have you ;D
Icy, I'm Aussie, and while I have vague recollections of hearing that phrase somewhere before, I have no idea what it means!!
Edit
I'm sorry to say, that I puzzled over it for a while(on and off for half the day), then figured it out and am now stuck with bad mental images for the rest of the day!!!!!!!!!

It means that your nuts are in a bunch and you're about to cry.
In some cities, it is said that certain gangs use "what’s crackin"and others use "what’s poppin" and you don’t want to say the wrong term.
