Since you say "Germanic" rather than "German", I'd say, almost all. English, as you night know, is a Germanic language, and so is Dutch, so Martin Van Buren is covered, too. The only exceptions I can think of would be JFK and possibly William McKinley, who were (at least partially) of Celtic ancestry...

The english are germanic :P Well we our a germanic nation even.

But i think you mean german and i'd say about 25% of teh american population is of german ancestry maybe even more.
