There are more diets than ever and more people dieting than ever and yet we have the fattest society ever. So a lot of these ideas about losing weight, make you fatter. Cutting calories, carbs and fats can cause you to have a weight problem for life. It is better to eat differently.

See site below and learn why lean meat and non-fat yogurt are so fattening. Also salt has no calories but makes you fat. It also has the quickest weight loss possible. Eat good carbs not bad carbs. Nourish your body thin, instead of starving your body fat. Eat foods made by nature and avoid foods made by man which are designed to make you fat and very addicted to food. Do the ninja warrior diet (not a diet but a diet lifestyle). Also see page with advice for teenage girls.

Ninja has an excellent answer. Do as he has directed. It's your diet that is at fault, and you only make it worse if you continue eating as you are now. I would include the knowledge that a chemical imbalance is present in the form of to much salt, not enough Potassium. More Potassium, less salt. Eat more foods, in greater abundance, that are alkaline in nature, and less acidic foods, like the sodas that you like. Stay away from the diet sodas, there are extremely bad for you. Drink more water. You can, literally, eat yourself thin, if and only if you follow the right advice, like what Ninja had to say.

uh.. i wouldn't try to lose any wieght if you are 115 lbs.. especially if you are over 5'2 tall.

if you want to lose a few pounds - dont eat after 5pm and exercise.

You are far more beautiful than you realize, just the way you are !!!! You are UNIQUE AND PERFECT.... Enjoy food, love your body the way it is right now....Some people live in our world without steady access to the glorious food that is available to us on this side of the globe. Learn to love who you are, just the way you are.... Don't ever compare yourself to anyone else. Be you , be happy, be healthy, and eat well :) :) :)

How are you gaining it??? Why dont you take up a sport and keep active, or go volunteer at a nursing home.
