Im 13 too. If you're all girls, be like a mod squad. All of you get black or white tights. And mini dresses. If you want to be uniform get all the same color tights (black or white) and color variations of the same dress. then rim your eyes in black and maybe some fake lashes, put some concealer on your lips to make them pale and straighten your hair. Big circle sunglasses in the same color as your tights will look good too. look up Twiggy and get some ideas. discuss it with your friends and see what they think.

go as teh spice girls or the ladies from greece.
you could all go as different celebrities too. As long as their all friends it can make for a sweet group of costumes
