Well when I first start any job, when they are showing you the place. Keep your mouth shut and your ears open, they will let you know who causes trouble and other stuff. Steer clear of the trouble makers, keep everyone at a surface level. Casual chat nothing of importance. Always worked for me. Good Luck.
