my daughters father is originally from anothr state, he is int the army he goes from state to state all the time. how do i where do i get help. can any family lawyer help in my state.

will the army make him give back support he already owes like $5000.

my states aid isnt helping very much.

You don't have to do all of that. Call the installation where he is stationed and ask for the number to the BOSS hot line. Complaints on the hot line go directly to the Commanding General, and they are solved expeditiously. The military enforces payment of a part of his pay for family support. If you call the BOSS hot line, they will let you know what you need to do. They may go so far as to garnish his wages for the child support. Hope this helps!

Check with a lawyer who has experience with the Military, Just because he is from another State or moves to another State he is in the Military.
You should be able to go Directly through Military or Government Channels.
If you are not from Military towns you should get basic info from Recruiting stations.
They are his dependents! they should be in titled to dependent benefits.

the lawyer needs to find the father and deal with the Army....(the Army won't deal with you directly.)
