I never heard of a light wavelength longer than several micrometer. Are you sure you have a light wavelength of 3.481 x10^7 cm?
Anyway, for any wave, the wavelength L and the frequency f are closely related to the speed. For light, the light speed is c = 2.998x10^10cm/s. c = L*f.
You can do the math.
