Yeah, I really love those black tight vests, but I dunno where to buy them for under $20.
Do they sell them at Forever 21 or Wet Seal? Because those are the most convienent places for me to go to.

You can DEFINETLY buy a vest for UNDER $20 at Steve and Barry's with Sarah Jessica Parkers clothing line called Bitten

put a white slim fit tank, with a red head band maybe a black belt , some red n black high heels or flats. with your vest and jeans. so cute, Charlotte russe, forever 21 and even ross would have some of those goodies.

Forever 21 has them... i seen them over the weekend! check them out online at forever21.com. their in the store but the online selection varies! also look at their new line twelve by twelve. CHECK TJ MAXX TOO
