Is an 8gig download a month enough to run 2 computers daily?

Our 2 computers run all day but are shutdown about 11PM
1 is used only to read the daily news & use Ebay all day,
the other is for general surfing & uses Piczo & a few small type games.

Yes, the bandwidth are normally chewed up by music download, movies download, and lots of porn.
