He's so annoying!

I don't hate him but he is annoying and I'm not that into him or the whole concept of the show. Why would you want to buy a house that you really don't like so you can re-do it and spend the same amount of money that you could to find one that is already done ? I understand that you might like a certain neighborhood better, but sheesh, I don't think that I would want to wait so long.

He is OK, but I wouldnt have picked him or the girl designer for the show if I were the producers. I just don't like either of their styles on anything.
But anyway, I do like the show. The concept is to help them find a home in their price range but have it custom to their needs and wants. I don't know how may times before each show, Brandy has stated that the couples couldnt find homes that fit all their needs and done to their tastes in their price range. That is why they go with hidden potential.
As the owner of a house for sale and having done a lot of renovating. I would go with this idea because there are not a lot of houses out there that have everything I would want. Why settle for less when you can customize a house and still stay within your budget.

I agree with you, he is a arrogant, self centered, mouth, who thinks hes all that and a bag of chips to.
