I'm sure you've all heard about the subliminal sex/drug messages on the covers of disney films, and I noticed on the cover of "Atlantis the lost empire" that KKK is written on the submarine, and the searchlight is shining on Dr. sweet! (the only black guy in the film)
Are these coincidential mistakes, or are they intentional? Just curious what ya' think!

Its possible that some are mistakes, but theres too many for it to be coincidental.
So yeah, many of them are intentional.
I never heard of that one before. I know Ariel has a couple, and The Rescuers, Lion King, Aladdin....
Hmm, maybe I'll look that up...

two of the more famous ones I have seen and know about ........... is the scene from "The Rescuers Down Under"........where the mice are on the back of a bird and they swoop past an apartment building.........and in the last window...........there is a topless woman. Some lady claims her kid caught it, while watching the video........but it's impossible.............you have to literally go thru the tape frame by frame to catch it............ it was ONE frame.......but it WAS there. The other scene.......was inthe Lion King.........when the 2 young cubs are wrestling, and kicking up a sand, or dust cloud......and as the smoke curls up........it just barely makes out the word "sex". Supposedly more obvious, and Disney swore they later cut those frames out of later copies.

I don't know, but if you watch The Lion King, when Simba lays down on the ground, dust goes up in the air making the word "sex". Also in The Little Mermaid, when Eric and Vanessa are getting married, it appears that the priest wedding them is having an erection. Disney said it was his knee, but erased it nontheless.

I've never noticed any subliminal messages in the covers, but I have noticed several in the films themselves and believe me they were very much intentional. The word "sex" can be seen in 'the lion king' and the phrase "all good girls take off their clothes" can be heard in Aladdin good luck finding them though. :p

Who knows. My father told me that when he was twenty or so, Walt Disney and a co worker had an arguement about putting pornography in the video. Disney hated the idea, but the co worker was fired for "only joking"

intentional. i think they do it to sell their stuff.
i remember my friend telling/showing me the thing in The Lion King, when Simba and his dad are talking, the wind blows, and the sand makes up the word "sex" in the air.
we were just talking about this subject in class the other day. my teacher said that they do stuff in commercials too, things that like prompt your subconscious to buy their stuff. like for coke commercials.
..freaky.

I only saw KKK. What I don't get is Disney, I mean, if it were Mtv, I would understand that. But DISNEY?!

I've heard alot of those, some might be real but I doubt it. (Then again, I'm not an expert on this stuff)
