SERIOUSLY: How much spray does it take to kill a spider?

I would really like to know how much spray it takes to kill a spider. I'm tired of using half a can per spider. I don't stop spraying untill it lies lifeless, then I squish it. So really how much does it take? I just squirted one twice and it ran away and I just want to make sure it's dead. Seriously...thank u.

It shouldn't take 1/2 a can, for sure! (why use a can when you're going to squish it anyway? hehe) Just use a good, quality spray (not the cheap stuff) and it should only take one good 2-second spray. Now, the spider will run around a bit before dying so just keep an eye on it.

If you see spiders in the house, remember, you can't spray for them meaning you can't use a residual insecticide because spiders can run through anything and it doesn't get into their system. (they don't groom themselves so they don't ingest it, either). You can only use the 2-second method with an immediate contact spray (like the one you're using).

The best thing to keep spiders away is to knock down their webs (they catch their food sources here) and remove their food sources (other bugs which are attracted to just about any type of food or garbage smell).

Forget the spray. if your squishing it. %) it's dead.

it takes time for it to work.
A littel is enough. it will run off, and take the poison to its nest. Let it do it.

It would be better to just smack it with a shoe. It wouldn't suffer that way.
