the neighbor's dog because he was too yappy. (They snuck out while I was at work) Should I ground them? Or should I just have them apologize?

They should be rewarded if the neighbor's dog is as yappy as my neighbor's dog. LOL.

Give them kitty treats and say well done kitties!!!! Nothing bothers me more then continually yapping dogs.
