Can someone please let me know how long does it take to visit Akshardham temple since I have only 4 hours at Delhi? Also, I need advice on any further details of it so that I can make best of my available time there.

4 hours may not be enough. You need about more than 2 hours and properly see the place, and you also need to travel there and back. In my opinion, it is not enough.
