Ethernet Controller, Network Controller, PCI Modem, and PCI Simple Communications all have question marks beside them. I have windows XP I check the Dell website but I do not know which drivers to get. Can you please tell me which are the right ones to download. I can not connect to the internet to look so I'm downloading on a disk.

Go there and you will find your drivers. Always go to the source first before you search elsewhere.

On bottom of your laptop, theres a 7 digit code service tag, punch that in and it will list your model and the drivers.
Also it should tell you whats shipped on the order so you can narrow down which driver you need if there were more than one to choose from.

Download and run Everest 1.51. It will tell you exactly which hardware you have on your computer.
