Like how they do at schools when you try to access it, you encounter the message saying something like "access denied. Administrator settings active" or something like that!!! I want to apply that restriction to stop my brother from going into it to change the security levels/internet settings, etc.

I've already created a "guest" account for him & put a password on my account but he can still access the "tools -> Internet options" section on Internet Explorer from his account...

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks all.

dont istall them alot of programs when you install it it ask you iff you want to istalll google tool bar or wahtever

Create a guest account for him, and then put a password on your account.

It can be hid via

view -> toolbars -> navigation toolbar which will unselect it

To actually remove it.. hmm not sure
