If I went in to buy a china bowl in Dallas would the same bowl be more expensive in New York?

I willing to guess that it would be more expensive in NYC, even for the same identical item...I know for a fact that fast food places charge more in Manhattan than anywhere else...sales tax also plays a factor...another thing I know, I take my son to get his hair cut in Philadelphia, PA, to one of those places for kids, where they sit in a car, watch movies, play video games, etc... and it costs around $12.00...I finally found a place in Long Island that does the same and it is $24.00 a kid (no matter if it is a girl with long hair or a boy)...now that was crazy too...

So to answer your question, I would really think that china bowl would be more expensive if bought in NYC than Dallas...
