Just a physical every three years. Some of the newer drugs at GNC the FDA don't know the long term effects.

I would try to get out of the habit of using stimulates before training, if you are low on energy the problem is your diet. if you need a boost at 17 just to make it to the gym what's it going to take when you are 34?

Little 17 year olds. You guys take these pills w/o asking parents/doctors? These things will give you an early death man.

You are not suppouse to buy them, my friends cousin has a tutor who takes them. She died at 40 man. Trust me, I was at her funeral.

And I'm 19 btw.

17 is too young man . It can mess you up in the future. I think that you should just eat more meat or just eat a lot and burn it off when you work out

Maybe you should talk to your doctor or parents first. I dont care what it is first find out from a proffessional if it is safe for you.
