I would have to say Lindsay Lohan. Although I hate each and every one of them, Lindsay Lohan takes the cake. Not only is she a low-class hooker, but she's unprofessional, doesn't care about the people she works with/for, can't seem to keep any friends, is constantly spreading her legs while not wearing any undies, and still manages to beam with immaturity. Oh, I also forget to mention that she's dumb as crap and fails miserably at every attempt to sound intelligent. Britney Spears is close second because of her being an unfit mother and a common idiot, Paris third (for obvious reasons)...

Nope, age doesn't drink stars well. They all make the news based on looks or stupidity, either they will make smarter decisions and wont be in the news, or the will be dead/hideous looking and will be ignored.
