The ac doesnt click on and the rpm's don't elevate when I turn it on. I popped the hood and there are two fans...one on the left (if your looking down from front) turns on, but doesn't blow cold air. I live in FL and we had flooded roads and I am not sure if its the reason but I had some water wash up my hood a couple times coming from work. Now no cold air. I looked at the fuse box underneath the steering wheel but the diagram said nothing about the ac or a compressor which a mechanic friend told me to check. I had no idea about the fuse box underneath the hood so I will check on that. I am just hoping its a blown fuse because I don't really wanna spend a bunch on fixing the ac. I hope this might help you help me. Thanks again for the help.

I have a strong suspicion that your system is either low on refrigerant or your system is leaking. You may have damage to the condensor in the front of the car if you hit something or a failed seal or a normal loss of the refrigerant gas if there is no damage to the condensor.
If there is no refrigerant (or low refrigerant) the compressor will not engage because of a low pressure cut-out switch. That switch prevents the compressor from running when the refrigerant level is low because the lubricant for the compressor is carried in the refrigerant and if you run the compressor without lubrication the compressor could be trashed. So my gut tells me you may just have to have the refrigerant system recharged to fix your problem if the fuses are good.

The ac fuse is usually located right under the hood, it looks just like a fuse box and it has all the info right on the cover of the fuse box, meaning the info in which you need to no to replace with the correct fuse...

there is a fuse box as you are standing in front of the car at the firewall on the left. there should be a fuse that is marked condensor fan. his should take care of your problem. there is also one there for the ac.

If you want it fixed right, you must go to Honda for that Honda Quality, it might cost more but it's worth it for the quality.
