Take care of her if I could. Only thing is when someone has a stroke there are times they need lots of help plus feeding tubes and all. Would be a hard job.

It would all depend on the severity of the stroke. If you are financially and physically capable of caring for her, then I would try it. Otherwise, a home might be better, sorry to say.

Take care of her. My mother died of cancer 11 years ago & the family members took turns staying with her in her own home. nursing homes are a last resort as far as I'm concerned.

I would take the best care of her. Just like she took the best care of me. That is the right thing to do.

My sister did,,,she's in an assisted living home and just loving it....she was a danger to herself and the neighbors..she lived alone, would forget to turn the stove off,,forget to take the frying pan off the fire...smoked in every room and left cigarettes burning..phones off the hooks..tub running over...when checking on her daily wasn't enough we had to do something,,,and she's never been happier !

Take care of her. I would never put any of my family in a home, regardless of the sacrifices I had to make.

I would give my life and limbs for my mother.

The doctors told her she would surely die during child birth when I was born. They tried several times to get her to have an abortion. Against all the odds she did not and here I am today because she put her life on the line.
