Yes.
Because a rope was hung around his neck, a platform was dropped away from under his feet, and gravity pulled him down until the rope ran out of slack.
At that point his bodyweight and gravity broke his neck.
That's the reason.

yes, he was hanged by the iraq court against illegal things he done in iraq. most people suffered by him. every body who will do like this on one day they will be punished by god through a man.
