None, I am happy to say!
I am fanatical about my teeth. I brush at least twice a day sometimes more.

Hi you will not necessarily know you have a cavity. This is especially true in the early stages of cavity formation when only the outer layer of the tooth has been destroyed. You will feel it sensitive to hot/cold and even to sweet foof if the cavity is larger. Sometimes if this is more extensive the tooth will be sore to bite on. The best way to prevent cavities is to brush twice a day and to use floss or interdental brushes. Also remeber to health healthily and visit your dentist regularly, so that any problems can be spooted early.Hope this helps.

Only one. But that was six years ago. That could be the reason I had a cavity. I hate visiting the dentist.
