It could be several things. If you're in a position that allows for deep penetration, that's going to happen. You should let your partner know that it's uncomfortable and ask him to not go so deep. It doesn't feel that much different to them and he shouldn't mind. Just as men come in different sizes, the lengths of women vary. Position can help, but it's best to just communicate openly with your partner.

Emptying your bladder may help, but chances are it's not the answer to your problem. Also, if this doesn't happen often, it may be that you're closer to your period and your cervix is tender. You may find that around 1-3 weeks after your period is more comfortable.

I think it's probably your cervix that is being hit. Try a different position where there is not too deep penetration.

Not a good feeling I'm sure, so try different ways

It probably is. Be sure to empty it first (and afterwards, to avoid bladder infections). Changing positions may help, too.

Howard has it right. Pee before you do the deed so you don't end up with an embarrassing incident.
