i went to Macdonald's on Friday and a few hours later i got sick. high fever, no appetite, tired, irritable, diarrhea, throwing up. i been sick like this and it is now Monday. i even got dizzy today too. i just having real bad diarrhea and fever and tired today. i took some pep to bismal today cuz i haven't been able to keep anything down and am scared of dehydration. what do i need to worry about or should i be ok?

Sounds like food poisoning. My friend got real sick recently, eating there too. Call the manager and let them know.

Could be a touch of food poisoning.
If it will not clear up you should see a doctor.
