You can use the formula:
(ordered / have) * (volume_per_have).

First make your units of mass consistent.
Convert 0.2 g to mg by multiplying by 1,000
0.2 g x 1000 = 200 mg

(200 / 200) * 2 = 2 mL

So, in order to administer 0.2g grams of Tagamet, you need to use 2 mL.

200 mg = 200/1000 = 0.2 grams.

since 2ml of solution contains 0.2 grams Tagamet, you would give 2ml.
