i have anxiety/panic disorder, and every once in awhile i run into peopels theories which state that life is a dream, and we indeed all are just imagining it. this causes me to have an anxiety attack because the root cause of my anxiety is well .. questioning reality. i feel like im loosing my mind.

has anyone felt like this? how do you cope with this and get on with your life ?

Life is a lark darlin; you just have to learn how to lark it!
Better yet: life is not a dream, it is a wonderful state of being and all your fears are not going to add one iota of wealth to your life.
Not a moment more of joy or tears with anxiety or fears.
Life is not a dream. Those that tell you that are dreamers of hashish and tomfoolery. They will never wake up.
The reason why you feel like you are loosing your mind is because you are allowing it! As soon as you decide to stop it then it will all cease to affect you.
"They themselves are makers of themselves". So are you.

To be honest , If life were a dream it wouldn't be going this way , And i'm too close to god to think that it could be a nightmare , Too many blessings ,
Put your faith in God , He will help your anxieties , as for the panic you'll have to relax on your oun there , just remember your never alone , Gods always there

Life *is* a dream. Although sometimes it may seem like a nightmare.

How do I cope with it? Well, in order to not lose my mind I have to pretend that it's all real and live through it and go along with it.

I've never felt like life was a dream. I never even heard it put like you stated it. You said"you're having panic, and anxiety attacks." You don't have them daily, but often enough too see there's something wrong. they have meds for anxiety disorders. You need too see a doctor, you're not loosing your mind, you have a chemical imbalance,The meds will help get you back too your old self. They are habit forming,so see a doctor you be glad you did.

remember that if you die in this dream, it's for real. also remember that you couldn't see certain colors until you were 5.
