I'm not a very big John Lennon fan but I remember hearing
Working Class Hero on the soundtrack of a movie when I was a teenager and I was very moved by it. It's a beautiful song.

Hi Messiah.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO JOHN LENNON UP IN HEAVEN!
My favorite songs by John Lennon (among many) are:
Give Peace a Chance
Instant Karma
Beautiful Boy (Darling Boy)
Today, John would have been 67 years old.
"...I don't want to die at 40."

Hi there.
Sorry, I put "Working Class Hero" well above "Imagine", which makes me unusual - "Hero" comes from the heart, but every time I think about the lyrics in "Imagine" the stupider they seem.
"Jealous Guy" gets third.
Cheers, Steve.

I'd say Imagine, but I'll be different, and say Working Class Hero.

I always liked his more political stuff, my favourite being "Gimme Some Truth" - man that was a cool rant. Other favourites include "Revolution", "Working Class Hero", "Power To The People" and "Bring On Da Lucie (Freeda People)".

I agree, IMAGINE is the best John Lennon song.

Perhaps "Imagine all the people...". But I prefer Beatles than Lennon in solo.
