cute choices!! i like them both. here are some cheap ways to look like a cheetah instead of buying a stupid overly expensive bag costume.
buy some cheetah print tights (can be found in target or wal mart or somewhere like that)
a brown tank top
brown boots or flip flops
cheetah ears and tail(if done correclty it is cheap and really cute!)
Little Red Riding hood
a red mini skirt
white tanktop
red cape with hood (can be made by buying red fabric)
black flats, boots, or mary janes
black tights (non cut off)
and a basket
little red might be a little pricier if you dont have everything at home and need to buy it. have fun at the dance!!

Can you or your mother sew? You can find patterns for these costumes at most fabric stores. Look in the Halloween costume section of the pattern books. The pattern package will tell you everything you need to get to make the costume.
