You may be having a virus or spyware installed on your PC. Norton, AVG , Avast are free antivirus software. Ad-aware, Ewido are free spyware removers. You can download free softwares at http://fixit.in/antivirus.html and http://fixit.in/spywareremover.html

This has happened to me before. Some computers have a feature where if you tap the touch pad twice with your finger, it will click. Just make sure that when you are moving the cursor, don't have just a light touch; make your touch firm so there is no chance of this. If you try this and there is no change, there is a risk that spyware is being used on your computer (PC's have a greater chance of this than Apple computers for the record). If this issue continues, I would suggest taking your computer to a computer store in your area and having them check it out. Also, check your computer's warranty information to see if you can have them fix it free of charge or replace it if it isn't fixable (it sounds relatively minor so it probably is fixable). Hope I helped!!!!! :D:D:D:D

Hi. Your touchpad is very sensitive and sometime senses a touch as a double touch. I agree with getting a USB wireless mini mouse. I use one and really like it.
