Do narcissists ever feel remorse for the damage they've done?

I have read that narcissists lack empathy, but do they also lack a conscience?

They lack every basic human emotion. They are incapable of empathy, sympathy, they only care about themselves and their urges and desires, and anger. They hurt other people in many ways. They are dangerous people.

Two people with narcissism aren't necessarily alike. Same way two histrionics aren't necessarily alike, or two people with any other mental condition. Lacking empathy just means they're unlikely to notice the consequences that their actions might have on others, it doesn't dictate what their response will be if those consequences become clear to them.

I would say yes,because a Narcissist only cares about themselves (other than their "looks"!). More than likely,they really don't care about some else's fellings either. They strive to be the center of attention,so therefore,nothing or nobody matters to them. (Paris Hilton is the perfect example of a Narcissist). Look the word up in the dictionary,and you'll probably see a picture of her.
