First of all, temperature is caused by how the sun's light falls on the earth and how far the sun is away from the earth. Temperature itself causes different climates, weather patterns and the seasons.

Differential heating of the many places on the earth by the sun is the main reason for the occurance of all weather conditions over the earth.So ,temperature(temperature is nothing but the degree of hotness of a body) is the root cause of all weather systems on the earth.
