Write protect the CD-RW when you write to it.. the option is available within the burning software
OR
Use a regular CD-R which cannot be deleted.

Files burned to cd cant be deleted. They can only be overwritten if you are using a cd-rw or some type of read/write software to access it like a floppy disk. But ounce its burned, its never leaving.

set a password
save to the same name
better keep a note to yourself someplace - if you forget the password - you're sunk

CD is read only. If it is not a rw disk, then you cannot delete files accidently.

Read-Only CD, or just back it up. also try putting things in a passworded ZIP folder

If your using a cd-rw, then its easy! just get a cd-r and reburn your disk... you cant delete stuff off your disk...
