try a mix of silver, dark gray and black shadows on your eyelids (for a cool layered and smoky effect), and maybe a nude glossy lip? and if you have an eyelash curler you should definitely use that along with mascara because that will make your eyelashes LONG and VOLUMINOUS. and that's the look you're going for. Put the focus on your eyes. Use black eyeliner and sort of wing it out around the corners of your eyelids, haha its hard to explain but it looks cool.

] get dark gray shadow and black eyeliner/shadow crayon; or dark brown shadow and eyeliner/shadow crayon.
] first dust a bit of translucent face powder over entire eye.
] then cover eyelid with the dark gray or brown, making lightest at eyelid crease, and darkest above upper lashes.
] smudge a bit under bottom lashes
] then line upper lashes, extending liner out and up at corners [ think Cleopatra liner ]
] line lower lashes, extending up and out to upper lash line
] lightly dust with powder to 'set' the color
] at least three coats of mascara [ wipe wand between coats so no clumps ]
] wear light lip color or colorless gloss
] add a bit of blush, to balance out the eyes a bit
Suggest french braids all over front hair to crown of hair; then loose in back.
