What's the difference of polarity between water (H20) and isopropyl alcohol (C3H8O)?

Water is very polar, whereas isopropyl has a non polar center, but a polar end (the alcohol). SO isopropyl is soluble in water but is not as polar as water.

polar mean it's charged unevenly (has poles) nonpolar means it's charged evenly
