[(16b^-2 * c)(25b^4 * c^-5)] / [(15b^5 * c^-1)(8b^-7 * c^-2)]
=[400b^2 * c^-4] / [120b^-2 * c^-3]
=(400/120)(b^4 * c^-1)
=(10/3)(b^4 / c)
=(10b^4)/(3c)

16b^(-2) c (25b^4 (c^(-5))/[15b^5)c^(-1)(8b^(-7) (c^(-2)]
= [(16c)/b^2 (25 b^4)/c^5 ]/[(15 b^5/c)(8/(b^7)(c^2)]
= [(16/25)(b^2/c^4)]/[(15/8)/(b^2)(c^3)]
= (16/25)(b^2/c^4)[(b^2)(c^3)/(15/8)
=(6/5)(b^4)/c
= (6b^4)/(5c)

(15b^5c^-1)(8b^-7c^-2)...(15b^5/c)(8/(b^7c^2)
= [(16*25*b^2)/c^4]/(8*15/(b^2c^3))
= [(16*25*b^2)/c^4][b^2c^3/(8*15)]
= (2*5/c)*1/3 = 10/(3c)
