Unless you swore or had incredibly bad spelling in your question (and even then it was NOT nice to excoriate you for it {you have an excellent vocabulary by the way]} it was inappropriate for someone to respond like that. I don't understand why some people answer questions with "No idea" because that's really no help either. Sometimes I've put my foot in my mouth inadvertently but I try to give others the benefit of the doubt. Keep asking questions please! I'm learning lots here while trying to help others.

Not nice but quite common. I have the same problem sometimes but I have a teenager living with me to interpret some of the more obscure phrases,uses and lingo.

The text message shorthand is the most hard to read and understand.
