Which bra has a bigger cup?

Im a 34 B and the bra i just recently bought kind of makes my breasts bulge. But I have been wearing a 36 B and those are way too big. Do i need to go up a cup size or could it be the bra?

Since bra sizes are based on ratios of difference between band and full chest measurement, reality will be that the cup in a 34C is the same as the cup in a 36B.
If the cup in a 34B won't contain your breasts but the 34 band is adequate, then what you want to try is a 34C.
The best idea is to get measured by a professional fitter.

well when it comes to bra sizes let's say 34B 36 C the 34, 36, 38, just means band size . it doesn't have anything to do with cup size.
your question a 34 C is bigger.
im a 34 DD and i wish i was smaller.

You should get sized by someone, I got sized once and since then I've never had problems with buying bras. You can also tell by the sides, if it doesn't bulge under your arms and the cups fit good, then you shouldn't have problems.

If you go up a band size, you need to go down a cup size so try a 36A. You can also try a 32C.

The C cup is bigger.
Bend forward and measure yourself around your chest under the point where the bottom of your breasts meets your chest. Then stand up measure your self around your chest and include the fullest part of your breasts. The number of inches between the first measurement & the 2nd measurement equates to your cup size.
A Cup = 1 inch difference
B Cup = 2 inch difference
C Cup = 3 inch difference
D Cup = 4 inch difference
