blast music, read a book, watch your favorite movie, or basically anything that requires some thought. if you don't let yourself sit there and think about it you'll fell better.
that's what works for me anyway =]

I excercise, pray, talk to people about my stress, write stories and rock out with a lot of music. Good luck and remember that with questions come answers! God Bless!

take a deep breath end think i may be internalizing a bit then take a nap about 30 min and i usually feel better
