ok first i install IIS then i install visual studio.net 2003 then i type http://localhost on the internet explorer but a sign in box appear then i put my log in user name and password but nothing happend the sign in box keeps appearing.

Change the virtual directory to allow anonymous access if it isn't already set up that way.
You should really start with Visual Studio 2005 because it does not require IIS and you will not have these problems.
