can someone explain to me what the heck is a sky chart. i seriously have no idea and i need help!!!!!! its for science homework. pleez help!

It is a chart where it tells you a location of the stars and planets in the sky.

It's a map of the sky showing location of stars and constellations. Usually the night sky is shown in several charts relating to the different periods of the year.
