I do. Kids are bad, and I want to fail the lazy ones. Do you think acting like animals all day, lying to my face, and leaving the room a mess comes without consequences? NOOOOO! There's a peace I feel at night when I know you're thinking about me and home work and I'm thinking about video games.

No, it makes you understand the concept better and prepare you for the test. It can also boost or lower your grade. Of course a lot of teachers cross that line.....

Most of them do it so you can get some practice and become familiar with the material before you move on to the next subject.

Do you mean homework? If so, homework gives the student practice on things that they have been working on. It also lets the parents know what the students are working on.

Of course not.

Think about this logically, we're the ones who have to GRADE your stuff. That means dozens, if not hundreds, of poorly written answers to go through.
