I'm only 8 weeks along and i'm high risk. My doctor hasn't mentioned exercising and he's out of town. Should i just take it easy and wait to worry until after the baby is born or is it safe to exercise.

In a healthy pregnancy you do all that you did before you were pregnant.

In a high risk you do only what your doctor assures you is safe. Until you can talk with him, do nothing.

If you are high risk it depends why you're high risk, however, if your doctor is out of town and doesn't have a locum in to attend to his/her patients (they would have access to your file) then don't do anything until your doctor is available to talk to.
