I think that...

The (Italian) restaurant looked (crowded), so my friends and I walked (quickly) and (left).

....would be an acceptable answer. I'm pretty sure Proper means the type of name that has to be capitalized...and adjective describes a noun, So "Italian" is a name and describes the restaurant(noun). A predicate adjective is an adjective that is used to predicate an attribute of the subject, so "crowded" is the attribute there. An adverb describes a verb, which is the action word, in this case "walked", "quickly" is the way that you walked. And finally "left" is the action verb, what you did. Hope that helps.

The grubby restaurant looked dirty, so my friends and I walked carefully and slow.
