For some reason, I've never been big on the combination name thing (not sure if that's what you're asking); however, I really like Rosalie or Rosalia. They are actual names and they somewhat combine Rosemary and Lisa.
As far as your father and father-in-law, I would just suggest Kenneth Joseph or Joseph Kenneth (there's certainly nothing wrong with that). They may have to challenge each other to a good old game of rock-paper-scissors to see which name is first and which name is second. :-)

I love your way of thinking.
Lisa Rose is pretty. Lisa Rosemary is also nice but a wee bit of a mouthful.
Kenneth Joseph is a great name.
Another thought is to name a son after the Moms - something like Ross Lister - and a daughter afer the Dads - like Kendall Joanne.
