That would be 5.

9x + 7 = 11x -3
+3 +3
9x +10 = 11x
-9x -9x
10 = 2x
5 = x

The two angles are equal since they intercept the same arc.
Thus 11x-3=9x+7 and x = 5
So angles are 55-3 = 52 degrees
