"Thanks to the CSR, the Chinese company is changing considerably.

Indeed this nonprofits organization contributes to improve and modernize Chinese’s life by influencing their companies to be socially responsible.

Previously the principal goal of the Chinese’s companies was to make profit and to increase their sales sometimes with the detriment of the quality of the product.
At the present time, mentalities change and the largest companies understand that they must pay attention to their image and their reputation if they want to exploit a global market.

With this intention they will improve their working conditions and quality of those one, will invest in social actions which will help the poorest families of China to have a way of life more advanced and healthier.
They are expected too to deal with labor abuses, environmental degradation and political corruption.
The leaders of the smallest companies do not grasp the utility yet to be socially responsible but mentality is on to change in the next years

Actually I do not quite understand the question. Are you Chinese and want English speakers to correct you essay or are you Belgian wanting a critique on what you are saying (as well as correcting your English)?
